disability payment made to ex child support still paid
my ex contacted s.s. and recieved benefit payment for my child and i never received a statement from s.s.and i payed child support according to court order isnt my ex supposed to inform me,probation, and not mis represent herself to s.s.?

The custodial parent is entitled to these benefits, but they must be included in calculating the amount of child support. You have to file a motion to have the Court recalculate the correct amount.

The other attorney is correct, but I would still call an attorney before you do anything. You might be in good shape without one, but it pays to speak to one first.
