Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Discovery

Once discovery is completed and you are ordered to turn everything over to the other side what does that include. Do things such as reports that the other side already recieved a copy of have to be included? Do emails that the other side should have and reports and information that they should have all need to be included? And how stringent are the time frames for turning everything over to the other side?

Re: Discovery

Sounds like you are handling this pro se. In general, if they ask for something, you have to give it to them. If you plan to use something at trial, you have to give that to them as well. If they ask for something and you don't think they should get it, you will have to litigate that issue.

I strongly advise that you get an attorney to represent you or quarterback the case for you. There is just no reason at all to get one. If you have no money, then there is nothing to fight over anyway.
