disreguard of a consent order

What is the penalty for a parent who continually disreguards the rules set forth in a consent order during a divorce?

It depends. It's entirely up to the Court. Actually, there would be no penalty unless the aggrieved party makes the Court aware of the violation of the Order, by way of a filed Motion. Then, the Court can fashion a solution and/or penalty, if that is appropriate. In any case, you should immediately contact an attorney to be advised of your rights.
