Distributing of Business Assets
Is a business that there is a 50% ownership interest subject to martial distribution when the business was acquired prior to the marriage.There were 2 properties acquired during the time of the marriage under the business which were put in the name of the other business partner.

Your question is extremely fact sensitive. However, based upon what you have stated, I believe that while your spouse would receive less than 50% of the value, she does nevertheless have a claim.
