my 15 yr old daughter was raped by a man i left with her for a 1/2 hour.

i caught him doing it when i returned home. he is now in jail 50,000 bond. charged with agg sexual assualt. a dyfs worker came to my house the next day, and told me i could be charged with child abuse.

he asked me if i would volunteer to a drug evaulation.

i agreed and signed a paper which i did not recieve a copy of. i can not afford an attorney. now i dont want to take the evaulation which is scheduled for next wednesday. my question is do i still have to do the evaulation. i was told that it was voluntary.

The test is crucial your retaining cusotody of your child. If you are going to fail it there is no point in taking it.
