Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey
the divoice is final, but since I lost my $ 250,000 job the financials cannot be settled. she is living in my completly renavated home which I didn't even get to enjoy as she had me locked out and if I went bank would call the police. she planned to have her parents move in. I have 2 kids I love and take good care of financially and well and pay the mortgae of that house + had to get an apartment so I must pay rent also. She constently wants money which I do not have. the financials cannot be setteled till I have a job. she takes them to a thrypest as well as fanily conceling. am still paying for all utilities and everything for the house whi;ch is for sale ,but she will not let anyone see the house. Any advise would be appriciated

Did the settlement call for the sale of the house?
If yes then you can ask the court to intervene.

You need to sit down with an attorney, with your divorce documents, in order to get informed legal advise about your situation. As a matter of first impression, it would appear that you have suffered a significant and basically long term change in your financial circumstances entitling you to the modification of your support obligations.
