Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

divorce from bed & board
My husband filed for divorce in Oct & was served in Nov. His grounds was extreme cruelty but the truth is financial issues. We have been married for 19 yrs & money has always been an issue. I became extremely depressed as i do not want a divorce & never responded to the divorce papers. In Jan I signed a PSA but as of today no hearing date has been set. We still live together & plan to do so after we are divorced. My question is since I did not reply to the divorce & nothing is final yet can I either object to the divorce due to the situation or respond with grounds of a divorce from bed & board which would give him the financial peace of mind yet allow us to continue to be married.

You are thinking that you will live together after you are divorce but that can change the day after the divorce goes through.
