Do you want a copy of a judgment of divorce entered by a New Jersey judge granting a divorce? If that is what you want, you should contact the Clerk of the Superior Court for the County (Passaic, Bergen, whereever) where the divorce was granted. YOu should speak to the Clerk of the Family Part (the section of the court which deals with divorces) to find out how to get the copy you want. If you need it for legal purposes, make sure you get a copy with a gold seal stamp on it (there is an extra cost for a stamped, sealed judgment). Please call if I can assist. 973 890 0400.
