Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Divorce & Child Relocation

My question is if my son's father and I agree to a no fault divorce and my son's relocation to CT with me (which would be an amendment to our custody order), can I file the divorce papers and the notarized document authorizing the relocation and go to court without using legal representation? Neither one of us can afford a lawyer. If I did have to hire a lawyer to get this finalized, how much would the cost be to review the divorce papers and represent me in court?

While I do this, I don't do it often. Call Mr. Moore, he seems to handle these arrangements more often.

If you know how you can handle your divorce yourself. If you do not, you need to hire an attorney. My fee would be $1,500.00 as a flat fee,

based on what you have told me about your situation.

Call me if you like.
