Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

divorce decree modification

is there any way to have a final judgment of divorce modified? if yes, how long do you have to do that? my divorce was finalized in nov 2005. due to circumstances I am just now seeing one very important typo in my divorce decree and my attorney stopped returning my calls long ago with no explanation as to why. I think it's because she finally saw this while filing an emergency motion against my ex. it is now 2 years later and I'm still being blind sided. any help is greatly appreciated.

It all depends on what the mistake is. I would have to see the judgment of divorce.
