Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

For divorce discovery, can documents be provided in PDF format? I transfered almost all my accounts to electronic documents years ago and have not had paper documents delivered for at least 5 years for banking, investments, credit cards, etc. I can download them all on pdf and put them on a Compact disc for opposing attorney. Is this acceptable? The cost to print all of this information out now would be expensive.

It should be all right---yopu are making an effort to comply in good faith--the attorney should have resources to print out the information

You shoudl have your own attorney
