Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Divorced 1/3/09 - Paying $40,000 child sup./alimony per yr. In contract each party responsible for personal expenses. Wife does not want to get off husbands family cell plan. She's getting plenty of money.

She's just being abusive. Husbands attorney sent a letter telling her it was being cancelled husband warned her 3 x's still she dosen't look for her own family plan for her & kids. Can he proceed in cancelling the plan? Also can I ask other questions in the future?
