Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Do I need to file an answer/motion to the summons if I'm not disputing the divorce? My huhband have a settlement agreement. Can I can charged for his fees by his Lawyer? Can the courts make me pay his fees? Can I just ignor this and wait for the divorce papers and sign them.? Do I need to go to court?

You really need an attorney. If he has an attorney, then there are probably enough issues here that you should have your own. At the very least, you should meet with one. Most attorneys, such as myself, have free consultations.
