Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I filed my own divorce complaint with the camden county court system. I am told that i need to send an affidavit of insurance also. is this just a form from me saying that i have health insurance and my kids do, too? where can i see a sample of this form for new jersey and being in camden county? thanks.

The court should be able to provide you with a copy of that. I suggest you call them.

I also suggest you at least meet with an attorney to see if you need one. I know too many people who have gone the do it yourself way, and things went horribly wrong.

You are about to get caught in the morass of bureauacracy that is the NJ Court System. Be prepared for many of these glitches that non-lawyers face constantly. The Clerk of the Court should have a form for you to complete.
