Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

divorce form notice of revocation of petition for dissolution of marriage

how can I file this form if I don't have it here in New Jersey and it is only applying in california? I need this form to be able to proceed with the matter.

Will my marriage here be affected if I didn't file the divorce to the other party residing in a different country?

We've been separated from 1998 to 1999, didn't know her whereabouts now. My first marriage was in that country not in the U.S..

Your question sounds like an interesting question. The problem is that I have no idea what you are asking. In New Jersey complaints are filed; withdrawn; dismissed and resolved by the entry of a judgment. To obtain a divorce in New Jersey one needs to have resided in New Jersey for a year prior to filling the complaint for divorce. It is of no consequence that one was married outside of New Jersey or outside of the United States.
