Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Divorce GA and NJ

We were married in NJ and have been separated for over a year. I now live with my boyfriend in GA. It will be uncontested and simple. We have no assests or children. What would be the easiest, cheapest, and fastest way to get divorced, and do i have to file in NJ?

To file in New Jersey one of you must reside in New Jersey now and for a year preceding. Not knowing Georgia law I can not comment on what is possible there.
