Divorce in home state of NJ

We were married 14yrs. ago in NJ. We were both born and raised in NJ. Our children were born in NJ. We moved to SC a year ago. I want to go home in Middlesex County NJ. Can I get a divorce in NJ even if he stays in SC?

Unless your ground for divorce is adultery you must establish residence in New Jersey for a year before you can sue in New Jersey.
