hi i cant spell to good me and my husband purched a house together in sept 08 and got married nov 8 08 i am not on the house titel becouse of cridit but i do have a norteriz paper stating from my husband that if we sell we split 50 50 i have 2 kids and have no place to go i wont to stay and take over the morgige and buy him out i have put 2000.00 for the good fath deposit and made a fue houe payments and we just remorgeged to get the % down i put 3200.00 for that our relationship has gone down hill since we got married i would like to know if i have a fighting chance

Without knowing more about your financial picture, I cannot say whether you would be able to stay and buyout your husband's interest in the property. However, from what you stated above, you have an equitable interest in the house.
