You should be selling your house to pay off the mortgage and protect your credit and avoid a
judgment against you.
I can find your husband.
You do not have to find your husband to get a divorce.
Call me if you like.

I agree with the other attorney. You need to sell the house immediately, do not let it go into foreclosure. I would need more information to know how to best advise you, but you also might be able to refinance in the short term with an interest only loan rather than move.
Again, it is possible to find him and serve him in Florida to get a divorce. I have several cases currently that are just like yours.
I would be happy to follow up with you. Please email me directly or call my office if you would like to schedule an appointment either in person or by telephone. My contact information is listed in the links below.

I have read what the other lawyers have written. Isn't it nice that there are so many attorneys who want to work for you and help you? I also want to work for you!!!
You can divorce him without finding him. However, you want something from him. Money. to pay for your daughter's education and living expenses, if nothing else. Any decent divorce attorney will have an investigator available to find and serve this deadbeat with a divorce action, and try to find out if he is working.
sue for a divorce. ask for alimony and child support, and a division of assets. then Garnish his wages. Walking out on his daughter is flat wrong, of course, but we measure how well you do in this divorce proceeding by how much you are able to financially take care of your daughter and yourself.
And you will need to deal with the mortgage company. There are a couple of ways to approach it. If your husband's name is on the deed, you may need a court order to sell the house; you will need to get started immediately.
Give yourself a Christmas present. Start on saving your house, and getting free from this husband.
If you would like, give me a call; I am in northern New Jersey. I will be happy to discuss this with you; the telephone consultation will be free.
