Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey
Hi i got divorce in june 2006 on the court order paper my ex and i agree that he would give me $600 a month directly to me but since september 2007 he suddenly stop talking to me and brought it down to $450 a month. i try talking to him but his current wife said he has nothing to talk to me about can i do anything this really bothers me because i am struggling with money and he brings it when he feels like it now he even miss a month of child support. what can i do please advise me. another thing is he but my son in the middle of our problems is wife said if i have anything to talk about my son to tell my son to say it i feel i should not be putting my son in a back and forth situation and having him to ask for the child support this is mentally disturbing my son i even had to put him in therapy due to all this can i have him give me the child support direct deposit or discounted directly from his check. please help.

Clearly, you need to file a motion. I really don't suggest you do this without an attorney, but some action is better than no action. You should have him pay everything through probation. This way, you don't have to worry about him paying. It will come right out of his pay. Call me anytime at 732/773/2768.
