There are many grounds for obtaining a divorce in New Jersey one of which is cruel and unusual teatment.

If your divorce meets one of the many grounds for a divorce you do not have to wait to get a divorce from your spouse.

New Jersey now has irroncilable differences as a ground for divorce. You do not have to wait to get divorced.
