Divorce

hi, I have been having lot of difference of opinions with my wife and we are married for the past 9 years and 5 months till date. What are options available for me as I would like to take the divorce path as it is affecting my my mental and health stability.

And also she is not cooperating to accept the divorce path and what are the options available for me in this regard.

In the mean time, I got involved with another woman (emotionally and physically) and we are meeting at reguar intervals which my wife has come to know now. How it will affect in my divorce path in terms of financially and also Alimoy situations. Just because it is proved that i am meeting the other woman, will i have to pay more asset split and also Alimory to her. Is there any way she can threaten me by suing me?

Re: Divorce

As NJ has eliminated consideration of fault in almost all aspects of a divorce, it should have no affect on a judge.

What should be of greater and immediate concern is that by not acting you are continuing to be exposed to claims for equitable distribution of assets and getting closer to a longer potential period of alimony.
