Re: divorce

If want to obtain a divorce in new jersey ONE of you must have resided in

New Jersey for a year. If this is so you can file for divorce in new jersey.

We can prepare the divorce ocmplaint using the internet. I would obtain the

needed information from you by email and prepare the divorce complaint in draft form for you to review and indicate errors. When the complaint is

in final form I would email it to you so that you could print it and fax the signature pages only back to me,

so I could file it using the funds which you would provide to pay the fee for filing a divorce complaint with the Court.

I would then proceed to handle the case faxing an emailing documents to you to complete, sign and fax back.

You would make most court appearances by speaker phone from your country and would only appear in court for the final hearing, unless a written property settlement agreement is prepared and signed beforehand. In this case you would be able to appear in court, for the final hearing, by speaker phone. I would then mail the judgment of divorce to you.

Call or email me if you like.
