divorce

i am married but have not been with my husband for over 20 yrs what would i have to do to obtain a divorce? i have had no contact with him at all

Your situation is very common, and will require filing a divorce lawsuit, and then taking steps to try to locate him and give him the divorce lawsuit. If you can not find him, then you publish in the newspaper, and the Court will then be able to give you a divorce. Please contact my lawfirm, and we will be happy to assist you.

You would have to file a complaint for divorce. If he lives in New Jersey you could file for divorce in New Jersey. You need the services of an attorney.
