divorce

i moved to mo. two in half yrs ago.from nj no children just a house i am willing to give her all i want is it out of my name and a divorce she cant refin. and wont sell and wont consent to the divorce what are my choices

Especially with no children, these matters can be settled relatively easily. You should contact a Family Law attorney in the county where you lived or nearby. I do cases in Burlington, Camden and Gloucester Counties. Good luck! Rob

She really has no control over your getting a divorce; this is a no fault state. You have been separated for more than eighteen months and this entitles you to a divorce.

So far as the house is concerned the Court will order the house sold if she does not refinance.
