Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey
Divorce Papers
My ''husband'' and I have been separated for 15 years. He filed for uncontested divorce in 1999 in New York, I never signed the papers and never got word of anything, so will I have to re-file for a divorce from the beginning? Our child is 19 yrs old.
