Divorce Procedure

I got married on Aug. 2006, and want a divorce due to Incompatibility of character. Which are the forms to be use and what is the procedure?

Thanks

Re: Divorce Procedure

You could always attend law school for three years. You coule buy some kind of divorce kit. You should hire an attorney because you need a ground

for divorce recognized by the law of new jersey. You probably have grounds for divorce, but I doubt that you, on your own, will do anything more than waste

other people's time and not be able to be divorce.

Call me if you like.

Re: Divorce Procedure

I agree with Mr. Moore, I always suggest people get an attorney since I have seen too many people come to me with problems they caused by doing things themselves. There is just no reason no to get one. If your marriage is that short and there are so few issues, then it shouldn't be that expensive at all for you. I would at least meet with some attorneys to see how much it would cost before you say you can't afford it.

My initial consultations are always free, so call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss your case.
