Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

divorce

what is proposal of dismissal and if someone stops the divorce and says that he never meant to stop it and all the papers have been doen and signed both both lawyers can the other lawyer have the divorce stared up by himself if he fgoes to the judge or does both parties have to agree to have it started again with the same case file or does a whole new file have to be filled out

I can't make heads or tails out of your question. A lawyer cannot file for divorce without your consent. Sounds like a mess and time for a new lawyer.

If the case has been dismissed in error it can be revived by a motion. If there was no error a new case has to be started.
