Divorce in 1993 qualification letter
I was divorced in 1993 and recieved 50% of my exhusbands pension. I recently checked on it and is was never finalized by by lawyer. I heard that she died abouy 3 years ago. How do I find if she completed the process of my quadro through Verizon? Are her records filed somewere?
Verizon says I need a qualification letter stated the completition of my divorce and what is coming to me.

this is really bad news, and requires immediate action. go hire a divorce attorney who is located in the County in New Jersey where you got divorced. fast. waiting may hurt you.
