divorce question

if my now husband bought our home before we were married, do i see any part of the home if we get a divorce? we do have a child together.

Depends on what you put into the house. However, you won't get any appreciation. Of course, 98% of divorces settle so a lot will just depend on how the case settles as he is always free to give you what ever he wants.
