Trying to get a divorce
I cannot serve my husband because he is nowhere to be found. I need a form called a ''certificate of diligent inquiry'' and I need help to find one please help me

But what was your diligent inquiry? In my opinion, you should get an investigator to help you out first. I have some good ones that I work with. I can put you in touch with them if you'd like. I also suggest you get an attorney to put this through for you. Since's it will be rather one-sided, it shouldn't cost you a lot of money.

I agree with the other attorney. You need to show what you did to locate him. An investigator is a good way to locate a person and serve that person.
