All property, real and personal, acquired during marriage, from the time of the marriage ceremony to the filing of the complaint for divorce, will be divided equally between you, including property outside of the country. Gifts and inheritance during the marriage are not marital assets and are retained by whoever received them.

You marriage is two brief for permanent alimony and your incomes are similar so there will be no

alimony. There are no children.

Obtaining a divorce requires the filing of a complaint for divorce with the Superior Court of New Jersey based upon specific grounds. To learn more than this your will have to call. If you call me and discuss the case further I will quote you a fee.
