Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Divorce situation

I am married not living with my

husband for 10 months, we have 3

children. I filed for a divorce on July

2006 and I am scheduled for an early

settlement in April 3rd 2007. I have a

new relationship as of December 2006

and I just found out I am 3 weeks

pregnant. Would this affect me in

anyway when my husband finds out?

It could, but I don't know the issues in your case. Do you have a lawyer for your case? You really should and this would be a proper question for him or her.
