Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

me and my spouse live together in the same house hold but we have been seperated for 9 month we are trying to sell the house to move on if i wanted to move out would it be bad cause we are not divorce would i lose anything. can i be in a relationship with someone else even though im not divorce. can i move to another state with my children or do i have to stay in new jersey cause he lives here. what do i need to do for a divorce and how soon and how much.
