Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Divorce when a spouse lives out of state

I have been seperated from my husband for the required 18 month period as required in NJ. I have since moved out of state to florida. The divorce is uncontested and we have an agreement on the property we own together. Is there a way I can file for divorce with out having to travel to NJ?

You could practice some extreme yoga and stretch your arm to New Jersey and file your papers.

You could spend some money and hire me. When your divorce is over you may discover that you have experienced a severe case of throwing away all your rights.
