Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

my divorce was over 2 years ago yet I was not contacted about a COLA. How do I find out if this info was sent to my ex and he ignored it? He pays me directly, not thru probation.

I don't see how you get a COLA if it doesn't go through probation.
