Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Before i was divorced, i became disabled. i applied for my disability while i was still married, but was not rewarded until 18 months after my divorce. this was private disability insurance.

can my ex-wife sue me for a portion of this disability payment that i receive monthly?
