Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My ex and I divorced in 2016. Per our divorce decree, I am allowed to live in our marital home until it is sold. Also, per the decree my ex-husband pays the mortgage in lieu of alimony. I am required to pay the utilities while I live here. Repairs are split 50/50 as will be the proceeds from any sale. My ex cannot begin a repair project without my consent. This is all in the divorce paperwork. My question is- can I change the locks? Recently he has become unstable.
