Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I just got divorced, the judge said that i could have a trial, but he did not really want to hear anything, and that he was a better reader than listener. So I agreed to the divorce, but was asking for 56% custody, my ex- wants 50/50. So we had to send our schedules to the judge to make the final decision. He went solely with my ex's schedule even though it breaks the weekend up. Sat at noon is when I get my son and the 2nd & 4th Sunday of the month. I got screwed, can I get a new judge and trial or did wave all of my rights?
