Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I was divorced three months ago and according to the property settlement I am to return the engagement ring to my exhusband in exchange for $1000.00. I have corresponded with my ex regarding a time to meet for the exchange but he initially selected my father's birthday followed by fathers day to exchange, but neither date worked for me. I offered numerous other times to meet, but he refused saying he would sue me for breach of contract since I refused to meet him. Two months have passed and I have text messaged him several more times to ask if he would like to meet but he ignores me. I would like to give him the ring and get my money. What should/can I do?

I assume you both had attorneys for the divorce. Have your attorney call his attorney.
