Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

i am a divorced parent of 2 in my divorce papers it states we can both have vacation time with our children i had told the father i was taking my children to north carolina on vacation and he wants to to stop me it does not state anythin that i can not take them out of state in the divorce papers am i aloud to take them or not
