Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey
I am divorced paying court ordered child support and child care. I recently took early retirement. However that state of New Jersey Division of Pensions is doing an audit of my Pension application that is going to talk "months" because I am retiring from 2 public employers one full time and one part time that gave me an annual income of approx 95K I have a new full time job paying 56K. This is adveresely affecting my abilty, short term, to meet my child supprt obligation. With a likely Pesnsion pay out, it is highly unlikely that the court will modify my child support. Question can the Family Court order the Division of Pensions to expedite my pension application. What kind of motion would need to be filed

It sounds like you need the child support payments reduced for now, until all of this gets done. I would need to look at the paperwork and go over it with you to give you some clear advice.
I can help you with this. And I will tell you up front what it will cost to do this for you.
