Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I am divorced I have a permanent alimony and I am a legal guardian to own 17 your old child, and my ex wife and the child left the country 2 years ago and they have a come back yet to USA. I'm still paying!! my obligations through payroll at my job. To I still obligated to pay alimony and child support??
