Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I am divorced I have a permanent alimony and I am a legal guardian to own 17 your old child, and my ex wife and the child left the country 2 years ago and they have not!! come back yet to USA. I'm still paying!! my obligations through payroll at my job. To I still obligated to pay alimony and child support?

You are required to continue to pay alimony unless and until there is a Court Order to the contrary. This may be one factor that could be part of a "substantial change of circumstance" argument to get your alimony decreased or discontinued.
