What happens if property is or will be purchased by the other spouse after they have been separated for almost 2 years? The marriage took place in PA and the spouse that is buying property is buying in NJ. The other spouse moved to Maryland almost 2 yeasr ago.

If the marriage took place in PA, you should probably contact a PA attorney.
