Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I am divorced and receiving alimony in the State of New Jersey. What is the legal advice concerning cohabitation? I know it varies by case. My boyfreind is divorced as well. He and his exwife have shared custody as well they share the marital home. Whom ever has the parenting time is the one that stays at the home. Therefore, when my boyfriend does not have his children he stays at my house. Which turns out to be about 70% of the time. We have no joint accounts or bills. He does not contribute to my living expenses nor do I contribute to his living expenses. He still pays the bills at his own home. I pay the bills in my home. We don't even have a shared sleeping space due to the fact that i have two children and want to repsect there feelings.

My ex husband is now threatening me to take me back to court to get my alimony reduced. In my situation do you think that could ocurr. And by the way my cohabitation with my boyfriend is not going to be a permanent thing. He is eventually selling his house and moving to an apt. I just don't know the time frame of when that will happen.
