Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I am divorced and have been remarried; I have lost my job and may become behind with Alimony and child support payments; I pay for my two kids college and they are 18 and 21. My question is whether or not my ex can come after my current wife and my new joint assets. These assets are in joint accounts and individual accounts...we also own a home that is in my name. Thank you greatly

The divorce settled in NJ, my new wife and I now live in PA.

You cannot hide money by saying it belongs to your wife when it also belongs to you. You should hire an attorney ASAP to put a plan together to work this out. Call me anytime at 732/773/2768.

Your ex cannot go after your new wife but joint assets which were earned by you may be attachable. You should retain an attorney as soon as possible.
