Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I was divorced 24 years ago in October 1987. My divorce judgment states my ex-husband must pay me $10,000 for support�for each of�3 children ($30,000 total) upon sale of marital home, after he gets his half. This didn't happen. I remarried and my new husband supported my kids. I didn't need the money back then, my ex did need it, and I did not follow through with trying to collect. Does he still owe me the money?
