Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I was divorced years ago and at that time changed back to my maiden name. My ex husband is now deceased. I am now raising our grandaughter who has the last name I had when married. I would like to change my name back to my married name.(I discussed this with him before he died). Is this posssible and legal?
