Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I have been divorced for two years. If my ex wife got a better job (or frankly if I did) does that change our alimony or child support arrngements

Child support is always subject to change based on income. as far as Alimony goes there would probably be no change but you should consult with an attorney.

You can always bring a petition to modify on the basis of a change of circumstances. The change would usually have to be somewhat significant to be worth pursuing. Call to discuss
